Your 12-payment agreement

The same product price, paid in 12 monthly instalments. No interest, surcharge or payment-plan administration fee.

What you are buying

You are buying the full product and cover term shown in your quote and confirmation. The payment plan spreads its price over 12 instalments. It does not turn your cover into a rolling monthly contract. Your selected 12, 24 or 36 months of cover remains the same, subject to the applicable product terms.

Your payments

The checkout shows the full price, the regular payment and the final payment before you agree. Your first payment is collected at checkout, followed by 11 monthly payments. We round the first 11 payments down to whole pennies and put any remaining pennies into the final payment. The sum of the payments equals the displayed full price.

Monthly collection normally falls on the same day of the month. If that day does not exist in a shorter month, collection falls on its last day. Regular billing stops after instalment 12. There is no automatic renewal. An unpaid instalment remains outstanding; it is not an additional instalment or a new purchase.

Your card and failed payments

Stripe securely processes your card payments. By completing checkout, you authorise the agreed scheduled payments. Please keep your payment details up to date. A failed payment may be retried and we may contact you to resolve it. We do not add interest or late-payment fees under this payment plan. Contact admin@warranties4u.co.uk if your card changes or you have difficulty paying.

Claims and the remaining balance

Making a claim does not, by itself, cancel your purchase or the remaining agreed instalments. Where your agreement continues, the balance remains payable on the agreed dates. Paying monthly does not change the benefits, exclusions or claim limits in your product documents.

Cancellation and your rights

Your applicable product documents explain cancellation and refunds. Your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off rights, remain in force. Nothing in this payment agreement removes those rights or requires payment of an amount that is not lawfully due.

To request cancellation, email admin@warranties4u.co.uk with your policy reference. We will confirm any refund and remaining balance and adjust future collections as required. Cancelling your card authority does not itself cancel the product contract; contact us so we can resolve both. We will not take the entire outstanding balance as a single card payment without a separate agreement.

Keep your quote, payment schedule, confirmation, these payment terms and the product documents together. The product terms govern the cover; these terms explain the instalment arrangement. Your confirmation identifies the product supplier and contact details.
